1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CiteVista (operated by Sufi Tech). By accessing or using our platform at citevista.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service

CiteVista is a 100% automated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing AI-powered visibility analysis and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tools.

We do not provide any 1:1 consulting, manual services, or bespoke customized products.

All analysis, reports, and data outputs are generated and delivered instantly and automatically by our software algorithms.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments and financial transactions on CiteVista are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy is responsible for all customer service inquiries related to payments and returns.

By making a purchase, you agree to also abide by Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service.

4. Credit-Based Fulfillment Model

CiteVista operates exclusively on a credit-based fulfillment model.

Fulfillment: Users purchase credits which are then consumed to initiate specific automated analyses (e.g., 10 credits for a Brand Perception report).

Instant Delivery: Fulfillment occurs the moment the analysis is initiated or the report is generated by the AI system.

Credits are deducted from the user's account immediately upon the start of a request to cover the computational and third-party API costs required for processing.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant delivery of AI-generated analysis, all credit usage is final.

No Refunds for Consumed Credits: Once credits are used to initiate an analysis, they cannot be refunded or restored, regardless of the user's satisfaction with the AI-generated output.

Technical Errors: If a technical failure occurs where credits are consumed but no report is delivered, users may contact our support team within 14 days for a manual review and potential credit restoration.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CiteVista/Sufi Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our automated tools.
